Returns and Refunds

What are the conditions for requesting return/refund?

 

If you wish to return/refund an item, make sure that the conditions are met. Please note that the conditions for requesting return/refund depends on the type of product.  

 The following conditions apply to Local Products:

  • Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories)
  • Received the wrong product/s (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, entirely different product)
  • Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)
  • Received a product past expiration date (e.g. packed food, supplements, skin care)

 

Returns/refunds due to change of mind will not be accepted. Please also note that the return of personal items, such as perishable goods, grocery items, and personal care products are prohibited.  

 

Requests that do not meet these conditions are ineligible for return/refund.

 

Please note that items are properly sealed and packed before shipment. In any event that you encounter problems brought about by third-party handling (i.e. shipping and courier, etc) these cases are not under our control and jurisdiction and therefore must be coursed and coordinated through them. Seller is not liable to any damage or lost in parcel while in transit.

 

 Refunds and Return Policy

 

 

  1. Application for Returns/Refunds 

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service,

  1. Application for the Return of an Item

Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances: 

  • Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories)
  • Received the wrong product/s (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, entirely different product)
  • Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction)
  • Received and item materially different from the description
  • Received a product past expiration date (e.g. packed food, supplements, skin care)

 

Buyer’s returns/refunds application must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the item. We will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful. In the event where Buyer has commenced legal action against Seller, We, the seller will, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine whether it is necessary to continue to hold such purchase monies and will respond to the legal action through our own lawyers.

 

  1. No Change of Mind 

Unless stated in this Refunds and Return Policy, Buyer may not apply for the return of the Item and/or refund due to a change of mind. 

 

  1. Rights of Seller

When Seller receives an application from Buyer for the return of the Item and/or refund, Seller must respond within 2 days. Seller’s response on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application may be successful against the circumstances stated.

 

  1. Condition of Returning Item 

To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to Seller in the condition received by Buyer on delivery – sealed and unused. It is recommended that Buyer takes a photo of the Item upon receipt. 

 

  1. Cost of Returning an Item 

The Buyer will bear the logistic cost of returning the Item. 

 

  1. Refunds

Buyer will only be refunded once Seller has received the returned item. Seller will have 2 days to inspect the item received. If after inspection it has been deemed in good condition, then refunds will be initiated within 24 hours. If item received has been found to be damaged and is not in the same condition as it was received, then refunds will not be granted.

 

Follow these steps to request for Return/Refund:


Step 1:
Take a Photo of the item Upon Receipt

Step 2: Send an email to: sales@hashtaghealthy.biz with subject: Request for Refund for (Product Name)

Include:

  • Proof of Purchase bearing the purchase date
  • Photo of the Product Upon Receipt
  • Specify the reason for request of refund complete with relevant evidences
  • Proof/Waybill from courier that the item is already returning to us
  • Bank Account Name and Number for Bank Transfer or PayPal Email for purchases made via PayPal.

Failure to provide the necessary details will not be eligible for refund.

Step 3: Refund will be initiated within 24 hours once Seller received the items in good condition – sealed and unused.
